You’re a VIP with AAA Travel

Travelers can see the world and go a little deeper into a country’s culture with
AAA Vacations.

AAA Vacations are selected itineraries chosen by AAA specifically for their cultural immersion opportunities and exceptional value. New for 2012 is a collection of escorted, independent, and locally hosted vacations that include special features or excursions that let you explore and connect with cultures abroad.

For example, a British Highlights trip includes morning tea and a private tour of Castle Howard before it opens to the public for the day. Traditions of India includes a trip at dawn to the Taj Mahal, while a wine reception in Hanoi’s arts district is part of Treasures of Vietnam.

New Disney ship now home

The Fantasy, Disney Cruise Lines newest ship, sailed into New York on Feb. 28 after traveling nearly 3,800 miles across the Atlantic Ocean from Bremerhaven, Germany. The 4,000-passenger Disney Fantasy was christened in New York on March 1 before embarking for its home of Port Canaveral, Fla., for the March 31 maiden voyage. The ship offers seven-night cruises to the Caribbean and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.
