RULE 05.1 - ELIGIBILITY RULES
RULE 05.1A - DWELLING AGE
A new application may be bound if the dwelling is:
1) Premier Plus Homeowners Policy - 30 years old or less;
2) Premier Homeowners Policy - no dwelling age requirement; homes over 50 years old must have updates to wiring, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and roof within the last 20 years;
3) Premier Select Policy - no dwelling age requirement;
4) Premier Condominium Owners Policy - 60 years old or less;
5) Premier Renters Policy - no dwelling age requirement.
All other applications must have prior underwriting approval before submission.
