RULE 10.15 - CANCELLATIONS
The policy may be cancelled either by the Company, in accordance with the cancellation provisions of the policy, or at the request of the insured. When cancellation is at the request of the policyholder, the cancellation becomes effective upon the date designated by the policyholder. This date may be up to one year prior to the most current renewal date of the request provided continuous verifiable insurance coverage was in force, from the cancellation date requested, with another company.
All cancellations will
be computed on a pro-rata basis.
