RULE 25.7B - SECONDARY RESIDENCE
Coverage may be provided on the primary residence and 2 secondary residences*. However, coverage may not be provided on a secondary residence unless the primary residence is insured through an Auto Club Enterprises affiliate (including the Auto Club Family Insurance Company). A separate policy must be written for each residence premises.
*Underwriting approval
is required for more than 2 secondary residences.
The following premium adjustments should be made:
1) Reduce the Base Premium
for the policy covering the secondary residence by $15, and
2) Add charge for Other Insured Location Occupied by Insured, developed
from Rule 35.9A to the policy covering the
primary residence.
The dollar amount for
the limits of liability for Coverage E - Personal Liability and F - Medical
Payments to Others will not appear on the Declarations Certificate covering
the secondary residence.
