RULE 35.1A - BASIC AND INCREASED LIMITS

The Premier Condominium Owners policy provides for $5,000 of Coverage A - Dwelling. This amount may be increased. The premium for the additional limit per $1,000 is calculated as follows:
1) Obtain the premium for $10,000 of Coverage C for the appropriate Rate Territory, Construction Type and Protection Class from the Premier Condominium section of the rate pages.
2) Multiply the premium
in Step 1 above by .00375 ($1.00 minimum premium).
