RULE 35.3E - RESIDENCE RENTAL THEFT (CO 04 80)

The policy may be endorsed to extend coverage for loss by theft while the portion of the residence premises usually occupied by the insured is occasionally rented in whole or in part to others, or while there is rental to a roomer or boarder.
* This endorsement may not be added to a Premier Condominium policy that has an CO 17 31 Unit-Owners Coverage C - Special Coverage Endorsement attached.
The additional premium is $15 annually.
Endorsement CO 04 80
Residence Rental Theft will be attached to the policy.
