RULE 35.5A - CREDIT CARD, FUND TRANSFER CARD, FORGERY AND COUNTERFEIT MONEY COVERAGE - INCREASED LIMITS (CO 04 53)

The limit of coverage for loss due to theft or unauthorized use of credit cards and fund transfer cards, and loss caused by forgery or acceptance of counterfeit money, subject to certain exclusions, is limited to $500 in the policy. This limit may be increased to a maximum of $10,000. The limits of coverage available and the additional premiums are as follows:
