RULE 05.1C - FIRE PROTECTION CLASSES
A new application on a primary dwelling may not be written if the dwelling is located in a Fire Protection 9 or 10 without prior Underwriting approval. (See Rule 25.2)
Exception:
Coverage on primary dwellings in Fire Protection Class 9 may be provided
for a Premier Homeowners, Premier Plus Homeowners, Premier Select, Premier
Condominium Owners Policy or Premier Renters Policy if the dwelling is
located on a paved road with a driveway that is at least 8 feet wide.
(See Rule 25.2 for a list of requirements.)
Coverage on secondary or seasonal dwellings in a Fire Protection Class 09 or 10 may be provided for a Premier Homeowners, Premier Select or Premier Condominium Owners Policy if the primary dwelling is insured with the Auto Club Family Insurance Company.
