RULE 10.4 - INVESTIGATIONS
The following are primary
information sources, which may be used by the Underwriting Department
to develop facts about the risk. This information is used for the purpose
of determining desirability and proper classification.
1) Investigative
Consumer Report
A report requested from
a professional reporting company which includes such general identification
information as residence verification, marital status, employment, occupation,
general health, habits, mode of living and financial status.
2) Building
Inspections
A report requested from
a professional reporting company, which includes such information as condition
of dwelling, upkeep of premises, identification of any special hazards,
verification of dwelling size and construction and an estimate of value.
