RULE 35.4 - COVERAGE D - LOSS OF USE
The policy provides
coverage for actual loss sustained within 12 months from the date of loss
not to exceed 30% of the Coverage A amount for Premier, Premier Plus and
Premier Select policies and 30% of Coverage C amount for Premier Condominium
Owners and Premier Renters policies.
