RULE 50.1B - RESIDENTIAL COST ESTIMATING - FORM #5962 (10/92)
This form has been developed to determine replacement cost for those homes with various additional features. This form provides a more accurate replacement cost on those homes which were built prior to 1950. Homes valued at over $250,000 and in classes A thru C should be evaluated using this form. Completion of this form requires extensive reference to the Boeckh Residential Building Cost Guide.
