RULE 10.6 - MINIMUM PREMIUM
A minimum annual premium of $100 shall be charged for each policy written. The minimum annual premium applies to both new and renewal policies.
The minimum premium may include all chargeable endorsements or coverages if written at the inception of the policy term.
