RULE 05.1 - ELIGIBILITY RULES
RULE 05.1A - DWELLING AGE
A new application may be bound if the dwelling is:
1) Premier Plus Homeowners Policy - 20 years old or less;
2) Premier Homeowners Policy - 30 years old or less; 31-60 years old and meeting all other underwriting requirements;
3) Premier Select Policy - no dwelling age requirement;
4) Premier Condominium Owners Policy - 30 years old or less;
5) Premier Renters Policy - 40 years old or less.
All others must have prior underwriting approval before submission.
