RULE 05.1H - ADDITIONAL INTERESTS
Notice of cancellation or nonrenewal can be sent to a leasor when the lease contract requires this notice or to persons or organizations who also have an interest in the residence premises. Use Endorsement CO 04 10 - Additional Interests. This endorsement may be used for Premier, Premier Plus, Premier Select, Premier Condo and Premier Renters policies.
