DOCUMENTATION

Documentation for Rule 05.1A - Premier Homeowner Policy and Premier Condominium Owners Policy

2) Premier Homeowners Policy - no dwelling age requirement; homes built prior to 1950 must have electrical, plumbing, and heating systems updated to meet current building codes;

Home inspection report OR documentation from a qualified contractor AND;
Photo inspection:

Circuit Breaker Box
Heating and air conditioning units*
Plumbing under kitchen and all bathroom sinks, behind toilet showing supply lines and waste stack
Water Heater* - top & supply lines

*Photo of serial number of these units will be acceptable as documentation.

The documentation will be for wiring, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning.

For homes built prior to 1950, exterior and interior photos are always required.
