RULE 10.7 - APPLICATION SUBMISSION
All applications must be submitted within 5 working days from the date the application is signed by the applicant.
The effective date of the policy may not be more than 60 days from the date of submission.
Statutory requirements dictate that any termination action be completed within the first 60 days of the policy. Immediate submission enables the Underwriting Department to request, receive and evaluate information about the risk promptly and permits the Company to eliminate exposure on unacceptable risks as soon as possible. It is also the objective of the Company to process all applications with dispatch in order to provide the highest quality of service.
