RULE 25.3 - SUBURBAN RATING

(SUBURBAN RATING WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE EFFECTIVE 12-15-2004. ALL POLICYHOLDERS WHO CURRENTLY ARE RATED USING SUBURBAN RATING WILL CONTINUE TO BE RATED AS SUCH AS LONG AS THE POLICY IS INFORCE.)

The Suburban Rating Rules can upgrade the class of eligible dwellings located in areas assigned Geographic Classes 9 or 10.

Only dwellings with all the following criteria qualify for Suburban Ratings:

1) Geographic Fire District is classified 9 or 10;
2) Dwelling is serviced by a responding station in a different Fire District;
3) Responding Station is 5 road miles or less from dwelling; and
4) Responding District must not have a higher class than the Geographic District.
