RULE 25.5A - PROPERTY RATE TERRITORIES
One of the factors that affects the premium charged for insurance coverage is the location of the dwelling. Each state is divided into rating territories based on the experience and the rates are assigned to the territories accordingly.
The Property Territory Section of this manual contains a detailed description of zip codes in each territory and a listing in zip code order.
The location of premises cannot be a P. O. Box.
