RULE 30.2C - TOWNHOUSE FACTOR

Applies to: Premier - YES, Premier Plus - YES, Premier Select - YES,
Premier Condo - NO, Premier Renters - NO

The premium for an eligible 1 or 2 family dwelling in a townhouse or rowhouse type of structure (see Rule 25.1B for definition of townhouse or rowhouse) is calculated by multiplying the base premium by the appropriate factor based upon the number of individual units within a fire division which are separated by fire walls, listed below:
