RULE 35.3D6 - SCHEDULED PERSONAL PROPERTY (CO 04 61)

Applies to: Premier - YES, Premier Plus - YES, Premier Select - YES*,
Premier Condo - YES, Premier Renters - YES

Coverage may be provided for scheduled personal property, subject to the Scheduled Personal Property Underwriting Rules. The appropriate Scheduled Personal Property Classes and additional premiums are as follows:

**Breakage is Fine Arts Premium (unrounded) multiplied by 1.15

$1.75 per $100 coverage

The additional premium is calculated as follows:

1) Determine the limits of coverage for each item to be insured.

2) Assign each item from step 1 into its appropriate class. Total each class.

3) Apply the appropriate premium to each class total.

Fine Arts with breakage is a sub-class of Fine Arts.

A complete description of each item of property to be covered must be indicated on the Scheduled Personal Property Supplement (Form #5261), with receipts or appraisals attached.

Endorsement CO 04 61 Scheduled Personal Property will be attached to the policy.
