RULE 35.3D8 - INCREASED LIMITS ON BUSINESS PROPERTY ON OR OFF THE RESIDENCE PREMISES (CO 00 08)

The policy limit of coverage for business property is $2,500 on the residence premises and $500 off the residence premises. The limit of liability for both on and off premises may be increased in increments of $100 for the described property.
The increase in limit of liability does not apply to:
1) Business property in storage or held as a sample, is for sale or delivery after sale, or
2) Business property pertaining to a business actually conducted on the residence premises.
This endorsement does not increase the Coverage C limit of liability and a $100 deductible is applicable to this coverage.
The additional premium is $2 for each $100 of coverage and the premium is fully earned when written.
Endorsement CO 00 08 Increased Limits On Business Property On or Off the Residence Premises will be attached to the policy.
