RULE 35.5E - IDENTITY FRAUD EXPENSE COVERAGE (CO 04 55)

Premier Condo - YES, Premier Renters - YES

The policy may be endorsed to extend coverage to include expenses incurred by an insured as the direct result of any one identity fraud first discovered or learned of during the policy period. This coverage provides up to $10,000 for expenses. A $500 deductible is applicable to this coverage. The additional premium is $20 annually.

Endorsement CO 04 55 Identity Fraud Expense Coverage will be attached to the policy.
