RULE 15.3C - PREMIER
SELECT POLICY
The Premier Select Policy may be written to insure owners of a primary or a secondary dwelling. This policy form covers dwellings, other structures and personal property on a "named peril" basis and losses are settled on either an actual cash value basis or market value basis. (This policy form consists of the standard Homeowners 8 policy with modifications.)
The following policy form is being issued: Form #5108 (07/2011).
