RULE 15.4 - ENDORSEMENTS

RULE 15.4A - MANDATORY ENDORSEMENTS

Certain endorsements are automatically issued with each specific homeowners policy as follows:

1) Premier Homeowners Policy

Special Provision - CO 01 13 (04/20)

This endorsement modifies the policy to conform to state requirements or statutes.

Windstorm or Hail Deductible - CO 03 12 (11/17)

This endorsement applies a special Windstorm or Hail deductible for Section I - Property Coverage losses.

OR

Roof Surfaces - CO 00 17 (04/13)

This endorsement provides coverage based on a Roof Surface Payment Schedule to roof surfaces.

Note: It is mandatory that either the Windstorm or Hail Deductible or the Roof Surfaces Endorsement is on the policy.

2) Premier Plus Homeowners Policy

Special Provision - CO 01 13 (04/20)

This endorsement modifies the policy to conform to state requirements or statutes.

Windstorm or Hail Deductible - CO 03 12 (11/17)

This endorsement applies a special Windstorm or Hail deductible for Section I - Property Coverage losses.

OR

Roof Surfaces - CO 00 18 (04/13)

This endorsement provides coverage based on a Roof Surface Payment Schedule to roof surfaces.

3) Premier Condominium Owners Policy

Special Provision - CO 01 13 (04/20)

This endorsement modifies the policy to conform to state requirements or statutes.

4) Premier Renters Policy

Special Provision - CO 01 13 (04/20)

This endorsement modifies the policy to conform to state equirements or statutes.

5) Premier Select Homeowners Policy

Special Provision - CO 01 13 (04/20)

This endorsement modifies the policy to conform to state requirements or statutes.
