RULE 05.1 - ELIGIBILITY RULES
RULE 05.1A - DWELLING AGE
A new application may be bound if the dwelling is 60 years old or less. Dwellings over 40 years old must have updates to wiring, plumbing, heating and roof within the last 20 years.
All others must have prior underwriting approval before submission.
