RULE 05.1B - REPLACEMENT COST/INSURANCE TO VALUE
The replacement cost of the dwelling must be between $50,000 and $450,000 as computed by our standardized cost estimating process. The dwelling and other structures must be insured for at least 100% of the replacement cost value.
If the replacement cost exceeds these limitations, prior underwriting approval must be secured.
