RULE 05.1C - FIRE PROTECTION CLASSES
A new application on a rental dwelling may not be written if the dwelling is located in a Fire Protection District with a Rated Class 09 without prior Underwriting approval.
A new application on a rental dwelling may not be written if the dwelling is located in a Fire Protection District with a Rated Class 10.
The Protection Class will be determined using the ISO Location Software.
