RULE 05.1D - OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
Dwellings must be renter-occupied and used exclusively for private residential purposes. Dwellings cannot contain more than 4 families, nor more than 2 boarders or roomers per family. If the entire dwelling has been vacant for 30 days or more, prior underwriting approval is required. Owner-occupied is not acceptable.
