RULE 05.7 - EXCLUSION OF DESIGNATED DOG ENDORSEMENT - CO 00 20
The Exclusion of Designated Dog Endorsement will be used to exclude a single specific dog from coverage under the Premier Homeowners, Premier Plus Homeowners, Premier Select, Premier Condominium Owners or Premier Renters policies. This endorsement eliminates any liability coverge for losses arising out of the ownership, custody or care of the dog specifically designated on the endorsement. This endorsement should only be added with Underwriting approval.
This endorsement will be used to exclude certain dogs that do not meet our acceptability guidelines and are of a breed not already excluded under the policy contract.
This endorsement will be used to amend or rewrite existing business. This endorsement will not be available on new business.
Only Underwriting has the authority to remove this endorsement.
