RULE 10.5 - INSPECTION OF DWELLING/REQUIRED PHOTOS Personal inspection must be made by the Sales Agent on all dwellings to be insured, except those dwellings built in the past 15 years that do not have any claims (weather or nonweather). If the dwelling is under construction, photographs are required. Refer to Underwriting Rule 05.1E for eligibility of dwellings under construction. Two photographs taken from opposite corners showing the front, back and sides of all buildings or of buildings with contents on the residence premises to be insured must be submitted with the application. Photographs are not required with Premier Renters or Premier Condominium applications unless requested by Underwriting.
