SECTION 15 - POLICY FORMS AND ENDORSEMENTS
RULE 15.1 - PREMIER HOMEOWNERS POLICY
The Premier Homeowners Policy may be written to insure owners of a primary or a secondary dwelling. This policy form covers dwellings and other structures against all risks of physical loss with certain exceptions.
Personal property is covered on a "named peril" basis. (This policy form consists of the standard Homeowners 3 policy with modifications.)
The following policy form is being issued: Form #5103 (07/2011).
