RULE 15.2 - PREMIER PLUS HOMEOWNERS POLICY
The Premier Plus Homeowners Policy may be written to insure owners of a primary or a secondary dwelling. This policy form covers dwellings, other structures and personal property against all risks of physical loss with certain exceptions. (This policy form consists of the standard Homeowners 3 policy with modifications.)
The following policy form is being issued: Form #5105 (07/2011).
