RULE 15.3A - PREMIER CONDOMINIUM OWNERS POLICY
The Premier Condominium Owners Policy may be written to insure owners of condominium units used as a primary or a secondary dwelling. (See Rule 25.1B for definition of Condominium.) This policy form covers dwellings, other structures and personal property on a "named peril" basis. (This policy form consists of the standard Homeowners 6 policy with modifications.)
The following policy form is being issued: Form #5106 (07/2011).
