RULE 35.2B - STRUCTURES RENTED TO OTHERS - RESIDENCE PREMISES (CO 04 40)

The policy may be endorsed to provide insurance on a specific structure (maximum four family structure) on the residence premises which is rented to others for dwelling purposes.
The additional premium is $4 per $1,000 of insurance. In addition, the additional premium for the increased Coverage E - Personal Liability and Coverage F - Medical Payments to Others exposure must be calculated in accordance with Rule 35.9B.
Endorsement CO 04 40 Structures Rented to Others - Residence Premises will be attached to the policy.
