RULE 35.9B - STRUCTURES RENTED TO OTHERS - RESIDENCE PREMISES (CO 04 40)

Section II - Liability Coverages may be provided on structures located on the residence premises which are rented to others. The rate is calculated by multiplying $10 for each additional structure by the appropriate factor indicated in Rule 35.7B.
If the limit for Coverage F - Medical Payments to Others is other than $1,000, add the appropriate additional amount indicated in Rule 35.8B for each additional structure to the result calculated above.
Calculate the premium for the additional Section I - Property Coverages exposure in accordance with Rule 35.2B.

Structures Rented to Others - Residence Premises will be attached to the
policy.
