RULE 35.9A - OTHER INSURED LOCATIONS OCCUPIED BY INSURED

Section II - Liability Coverages may be provided on locations other than the residence premises where an insured resides but which are insured for Section I - Property Coverages under a different policy. The additional premium is based on the Property Rate Territory of the location and the number of family dwelling (i.e., single family home, two family duplex, two family flat, four family apartment). This coverage cannot be offered for locations outside of our insuring territory, which includes ACE affiliates. The rate is calculated by multiplying the appropriate rate listed below by the proper factor indicated in Rule 35.7B.

In addition, if the limit for Coverage F - Medical Payment to Others is other than $1,000, add the appropriate additional amount indicated in Rule 35.8B to the result calculated above.
If this coverage is purchased, the additional location covered will be indicated on the Declarations Certificate.
