RULE 35.9C - ADDITIONAL RESIDENCE RENTED TO OTHERS (CO 24 70)

Section II - Liability Coverages may be provided for each additional residence rented to others. The additional premium is based on the Property Rate Territory of the additional residence and the number of family dwelling (i.e., single family home, two family duplex, two family flat, four family apartment). This coverage cannot be offered for locations outside of our insuring territory. The additional premium is calculated by multiplying the appropriate rate listed below by the proper factor indicated in Rule 35.7B.

Endorsement CO 24 70 Additional Residence Rented to Others will be attached to the policy.
