RULE 35.9D - RESIDENCE EMPLOYEES

Section II - Liability Coverages may be provided for each additional residence employee in excess of two. The additional premium is calculated by multiplying $5 times the proper factor indicated in Rule 35.7B times the number of residence employees in excess of two.
In addition, if the limit for Coverage F - Medical Payments to Others is other than $1,000, multiply the appropriate additional amount indicated in Rule 35.8B times the number of residence employees in excess of two and add this amount to the result calculated above.
If this coverage is purchased, the total number of employees covered will be indicated on the Declarations Certificate.
