RULE 35.9F - INCIDENTAL FARMING PERSONAL LIABILITY (CO 24 72) Applies
to: Premier - YES, Premier Plus - YES, Premier Select - YES, Coverage may be provided for the liability of the insured when farming is conducted on the residence premises and is incidental to the use of the premises as a dwelling, and the income from the farming operation is not the insured's primary source of income. Coverage may also be provided when the residence premises is used for the sheltering and grazing of animals. Coverage is not available if the residence premises is used for racing purposes. Calculate the additional premium by multiplying $40 by the proper factor listed in Rule 35.7B. In addition, if the limit for Coverage F - Medical Payments to Others is other than $1,000, add the appropriate additional amount indicated in Rule 35.8B to the result calculated above. Endorsement CO 24 72 Incidental Farming Personal Liability will be attached to the policy.
