RULE 35.3K - WATER BACK UP AND SUMP OVERFLOW (CO 04 95)

Effective July 1, 2011, the Water Back Up And Sump Overflow endorsement cannot be added to any Premier Select policy.
The policy may be endorsed to provide coverage for direct physical loss to property covered under Section I - Property Coverages for loss caused by water which backs up through sewers or drains or water which overflows from a sump.
The following limits are available:

This endorsement does not increase the Section I - Property Coverages limits. A $500 deductible or the policy deductible, whichever is greater, is applicable to this coverage.
This endorsement may only be added as new business or at renewal. The premium is fully earned when written.
